August 6-28 - "All Creatures Large and Small: Etchings and Mezzotints by Christine Ford" at New Grounds Print Workshop and Gallery - plus all new work by New Grounds artists and a select number of European artists. Christine Ford is a biologist and representational printmaker whose work focuses on western subjects and wildlife. Each of her etchings and mezzotints represent hours of work, over weeks of trial and intesne thought. She captures every small detail and fine texture of her subjects. |
