Located just south of Central Avenue in the heart of the University district, the Outpost provides a no-nonsense, community-based, performing arts center. They present over 100 shows a year plus classes and educational programs; all kinds of jazz; folk, blues and roots music; experimental music; classical music; international music; poetry and spoken word; and much more - by local and touring artists. The performance space is complimented by the Inpost Artspace which presents cutting-edge art shows.
