The arts in Albuquerque are locally supported and world-renowned. From fine to funky - classical to avante garde, the city is alive with arts - the visual arts, music, theater, literature - something for everyone.

If you are looking for a broad scope of art during your visit including the music scene and theater, go to the Collectors guide searchable calendar and enter a date range and type of event. Collectors Guide is a partner of AABA and we work together to support the arts in Albuquerque.
Another on-line calendar of events not limited to the arts can be found at the Albuquerque Convention and Visitors web-site. The ACVB is another partner of AABA.
You can also check out Albuquerque’s local monthly arts publication, albuquerqueARTS, which goes beyond “what’s going on” to bring you interviews and profiles spotlighting local artists. It is available on-line and free at newstands across the city.
Above all, welcome and remember that Albuquerque is a real artists’ town. Most of the artists who show here live and work here. Some of them are just emerging on the art scene and some exhibit nationally and internationally, but they call Albuquerque home. There are studio tours throughout the year that give you the opportunity to visit with the artists in their studios.
